SHIPPING We use UPS & Fed Ex to ship within the continental United States. Orders received before 12:00pm EST will be processed the very same day. Orders after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders take on average no more than 7 business days for domestic orders to be delivered to your door. Some orders may take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks depending on location or size of the order. Over 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping cost depend upon your selection of shipping method, our site is directly with shipping companies to give you the exact shipping cost calculated from shipping desination and weight.
We do no longer offer USPS as a shipper due to their high shipping charges.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
For orders $10.00 or more there is a $3.00 handling fee to cover our shipping and processing cost.

ORDER CONFIRMATION Within an hour of your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and order details. Once your order has been processed, you will then receive a second e-mail notification with the shipping information and tracking number, back-order information, or cancellation notification.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT Once you have received a shipping tracking number you can go to the web site of the shipping provider of whom you chose to view the information on the delivery status of your order.
RETURN POLICY The following list is reasons by which we do accept returns: Customer MUST contact ChinchillaPetStore.com within 15 business days of the order's delivery for further return information and procedures. Acceptable reasons for returns are:
- Products MUST NOT be broken or to the point that it can no longer be considered new.
- Products must be in 100% resalable condition with all product packaging (including original package, manuals, instructions, labels, tags, & RECEIPT)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to ChinchillaSupplyShop.com. Any returns that do not fall under the above requirements will be rejected and ship straight back to the customer. Items being returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee All CANCELLATIONS and SOME RETURNS are subject to a transaction charge of 2.5% of the total order cost. This is due t the fact that the credit card company charges us a transaction fee of 2.5% of the total of the order. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is possible and the 15% restocking fee will be in effect.
